Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, helps individuals with a wide variety of mental health complexities and emotional difficulties such as trauma, medical illness, grief and loss, anxiety, depression or emotion regulation. Through psychotherapy you can learn how to eliminate or control troubling symptoms so you can function better and increase your well-being. Depending on the type of issues you’re dealing with, psychotherapy can be short-term or long-term.

Individual therapy provides a safe space for you to explore and process your feelings and beliefs. Individual therapy can help you with establish a concrete plan for growth in areas of your life in which you may be experiencing difficulties or hold concerns.

Couples & Family Therapy

In couples and families counseling you will be assisted in processing issues to cultivate communication and harmony. Strengths and weaknesses will be explored to help everyone understand how their actions contribute to familial and/or relationship problems and what needs to be changed in order to create a new equilibrium.

Group Therapy

Groups therapy teaches practical skills for mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships.
